What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?
The villa sleeps 14 people comfortably, with 2 master
suites, 3 queen rooms, and 2 twin rooms.. The maximum
occupancy is 14
Are smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, but is permitted on the deck.
Ashtrays are provided. Sorry no pets are allowed.
Are there discounts available?
We offer discounts for bookings 3 weeks and over, and late availability offers. Please contact us for details.
How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is only a few minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World and Universal are only 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a popular area.
Which direction does the pool face?
The villa has an excellent south facing pool giving
all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers
around to catch the sun.

the main road running through Kissimmee, take the road
for Formosa Grdens, near mile marker 5, continue to
crossroads turn right Emerald Island on the left
Do you have any facilities for children?
The villa is equipped with DVD's, board games and a
Playstation 2. games room has pool table nd air hockey,
also for the very young we have a crib and high chair
for your use during your stay.
What entertainment is provided?
There are a selection of board games, books, a PS2 with games and a selection of DVD's.
There are TV's and DVD players as well as a large screen
TV, DVD player in the family room. There is also a Stereo
CD player.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated (by prior agreement) for an additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85f).
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. A mid-term clean is also available for a local charge.
Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
We have employed a professional management company to look after your every need. There is a folder in the villa with contact numbers, along with local information regarding refuse collection, using the telephone and any other household questions you may have. The folder also contains information on tourist attractions and a guestbook for any comments you may have.
Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa??
Absolutely not! Everything we have provided in the villa is there for you, to make your holiday as memorable as possible.
