The filling in of the booking form is your acceptance of all our terms and conditions set out below. Once you have submitted the booking form and we receive your deposit, the signatory on that form will be responsible for the rental payment in total.We can only hold dates for 7 days until deposit received.
The full amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If the balance is not received at this time we reserve the right to cancel your booking, in these circumstances your deposit will be forteited.
CANCELLATIONS
If you did need to cancel your booking this must be done in writing. Cancellations prior to 8 weeks before depature would involve the loss of your booking deposit.On cancellations of between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to your vacation you would forfeit 50% of the full balance due, between 4 weeks and 2 weeks 80% of the full balance due.Under 2 weeks notice of cancellation the total amount of thr rental is forfeited.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of £250 is added to your final balance, which is fully refundable after your departure providing our Management Company do not report ant excessive cleaning costs or damage of any kind ( except general wear and tear )
RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of all persons on the booking form to take care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy order. Any damage or breakages should be reported to the Management Company.
NO SMOKING
The property is non-smoking. If any extra cleaning is needed on fabrics, carpets and furniture etc, to remove tabacco smoke if it is detected by the Mnagement Company, the cost of cleaning tthese items will be deducted from your security deposit.
PARTY SIZE
Only persons stated on the booking form are allowed to stay in the propertry, the property cannot be sublet.
INSURANCE
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover any medical expences or holiday cancellations.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The prporty will be available to you from 4pm on the day of your arrival.It must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the property.
RUBBISH DISPOSAL
All household waste should be left out on the appropriate days.
MANAGEMENT COMPANY
In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with our rental home or its facilities, please bring this to the attention of the management company immediately so they can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue locally.
If you do not bring your complaint to the manageement company`s attention immediately, you will have not allowed them the opportunity to satisfactorily resolve uour problem- in these circumstances, we will be unable to assit with your complaint - we cannot try to put things right for you when you have retturned home!
Please note, however, that we cannot accept responsibility for the actions or omissions of the management company staff.
LIABILITY
The owners accept no responsibility for personal injury,accidents,death,loss or damage to personal belongings.All use of equipment, pool, spa and kiddle pool are at the users risk. Upon arrival at the rental villa, the Guests should note the pool rules and regulations that have been posted. Guests are specifically advised not to allow children to use the pool unsupervised.
FORCE MAJEURE
The owners of the property or their agents will not be liable for loss or delay due to any of the following: - Strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, closure of aiports, or any other event beyond the owners control.
